Eligibility and Scope
This refund policy strictly applies to the principal trade amount invested by users under SIP arrangements. It does not cover any bonuses, incentives, referral rewards, or administrative fees that may be associated with the investment. These are considered operational costs and are non-refundable.
SIP Maturity Period
All SIP investments on GoMetaTrade are subject to a mandatory lock-in period of 180 days (6 months) from the date of initial investment. This maturity period ensures that the investment has ample time to follow the intended manual trading strategy and yield stable, long-term results. After this period, users may request a withdrawal or refund of their capital without any penalties.
Early Withdrawal Policy
Should a user choose to request a refund before the 180-day maturity period, GoMetaTrade will honor the request but apply a 10% early exit deduction from the principal amount. The remaining 90% will be processed and transferred to the user’s registered wallet address within 24 hours of the request being approved. This deduction covers the operational and administrative costs incurred during the premature termination of the investment.
Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refund requests—whether early or post-maturity—are processed promptly. In most cases, the refund is completed within 24 hours and transferred to the wallet address provided by the user at the time of registration or updated in their profile. Users are responsible for ensuring that wallet addresses are correct and up to date.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Investments that have completed the 180-day term and been fully disbursed or reinvested.
Accounts that have been flagged or terminated for policy violations, suspicious behavior, or fraudulent activity.
Any trading bonuses or performance-based earnings allocated during the investment period.
Platform access fees or subscription charges, if applicable.
