By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any other services provided by us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use agreement. These terms govern your access to the platform and its features, and establish a legally binding agreement between you and GoMetaTrade. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us promptly.
The GoMetaTrade platform facilitates disciplined manual investing through SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) models. Each SIP investment carries a lock-in period of 180 days. Withdrawals requested before the completion of this period will incur a deduction of 10% of the invested amount. Remaining funds will be returned to your designated wallet address within 24 hours. By initiating any investment, you agree to these financial terms and acknowledge that early withdrawal penalties are applicable.
Our referral system is designed to reward users for inviting new members. Each referral is subject to review and must meet approval criteria, including valid activity and non-duplication. Misuse of the referral program, including self-referral or creation of fraudulent accounts, will lead to account suspension or removal from the referral program.
Fees associated with our services are transparently displayed during transactions. All payments made on GoMetaTrade are securely processed through our authorized payment partners. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable, especially once the SIP plan has commenced or matured. Users are encouraged to review all fees before completing a transaction.
We retain the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms, engages in unethical behavior, or attempts to exploit the platform. Termination may occur without prior notice, and any data or benefits associated with the account may be forfeited. Our decision to suspend or terminate will be final and binding.
All content, branding, and intellectual property displayed on GoMetaTrade—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are the property of the company or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written consent.
GoMetaTrade may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. These third-party sites operate independently, and we are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. We encourage users to review the policies of any third-party sites they visit through our platform.
We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Any information provided on GoMetaTrade is for educational purposes only. Users are encouraged to consult with certified financial advisors before making investment decisions. Your financial actions are entirely your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoMetaTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, investment losses, service outages, or data breaches. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using our services.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoMetaTrade operates. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Any updates will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
By using GoMetaTrade, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
